It's a nightmare for auto accident victims whose injuries refuse to conform to the prescribed structure set by the Ontario provincial government. Known as the Minor Injury Guideline, the MIG defines and categorizes certain types of auto accident injuries as "minor." Streamlining the claims process, constraining healthcare providers, and limiting compensation available to auto accident victims.
